COVID-19 POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Dear NCDC Patient,
We hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe. Effective May 1, 2020, we are now seeing patients for routine skin conditions, periodic skin checks as well as acute and urgent dermatology conditions. For patients who are unable to come in for an in-person visit, video telehealth visits are available. Please call our office at (760) 230-2805 to schedule either your in-person or telehealth visit.
In accordance with county and medical society regulations and recommendations, please be advised that we are taking extra infection control measures to protect you and our staff. To this end, we kindly ask that you defer coming into the office for any in-person appointments if you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms or have a fever. We also ask that you attend your appointment alone (unless you are accompanying a minor or need an assistant), wear a face covering, bring your own pen or fill out new patient paperwork and submit online through our website northcountyderm.com. We will be checking forehead temperatures and have all patients wash their hands upon check-in. All of our staff will be wearing face coverings and we are following recommended disinfection and social distancing procedures. FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE ENTERING OUR CLINIC.
We look forward to safely assisting you with your dermatology needs.
